I was very satisfied with the inspection of my condo. I should have dug deeper into two of the potential problems they alerted to me. One , rust stain on the HVAC filter, I let the buyer and seller realtors give me a " brush off" that ended up costing $1500 (so far) and another on the ice maker $600. I will follow the inspection advice more closely next time and would warn others to as well. Keep in mind ... realtors don't get a commission unless there is a sale.

CMBI was a great company to work with when we bought our lake house. Mike and Chris are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were responsive to phone calls, showed up on time, and did everything they said they would. They were very thorough in the inspection and allowed me to follow them around the house and explained everything to me so I could understand what they were seeing. They even came out and reinspected a few items for me two weeks later. They are good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone!
