Our Residential Inspection includes property grounds, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, grading, patio, decks, exterior steps/stoops, fences, and gates. For your Exterior , we inspect walls, trim, chimney, slab on grade, basement/crawlspace, attic, and insulation. Our roof inspection includes roof covering, roof covering status, exposed flashings, gutters, and downspouts.

From Garages to Laundry

Garage roofs, floors, firewalls, garage doors, walls, windows, garage door operators. Electrical service type/condition, main panel type and condition, conductor/entrance cables, branch wiring, switches, and outlets,

Heating includes system type, capacity of unit, age and condition, venting, and controls. Air conditioning power source, capacity of unit, age and condition of unit, and ductwork. Laundry includes washer/dryer, plumbing, drain, electrical, and venting, 

Our Services Continued

Plumbing - main line, supply lines, waste lines, house faucets, type and condition of all; water heater, size and condition.

Bathrooms - sink, toilet, tub/shower, plumbing fixtures, bath ventilation, floors, walls, and condition of all.

Kitchen - sink, range/cook top, oven, ventilation, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, built-ins (microwave, ice maker, hot water dispenser) countertops, cabinets, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, switches, fixtures, and outlets.

Laundry - We will inspect your washer/dryer, plumbing, drain, electrical, and venting,

Dock/Seawall - We inspect the dock structure and decking material.

We also provide an inspection of the complete electrical system which will have to pass the new codes to be permitted.

Termite Inspection - 1-year warranty   available with service plan.
